All customs duties and taxes are still the responsibility of the customer. DHL will contact you directly when your order arrives in the US. Please note: if customs duties are not paid and the order is returned to us, return shipping and any associated costs will be deducted from your store credit.
All INTERNATIONAL Aonline orders are sent via DHL EXPRESS. Shipping timeframes vary depending on your location.
Your tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch to your nominated email at checkout.
