LOKOA DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON ANY ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE OR PURCHASED WITH ANY PROMO CODE (excluding WELCOMELOKOA)
Refunds are eligible for FULL PRICE ITEMS ONLY or items deemed FAULTY BY MANUFACTURING
Online Credit Notes are issued for items purchased with a PROMO CODE only and are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
Returns must be submitted within 14 days of receiving from your delivery date.
If you would like to exchange for a different size or item, please place a new order. We don’t offer manual exchanges.
Note, we do not refund or credit the cost of shipping.

RETURNING CONDITION
ITEM/S MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNWASHED AND WITH THEIR TAGS ATTACHED. WE ASK THAT THE GARMENT IS RETUNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS IT WAS RECEIVED NEATLY FOLDED FOR YOUR RETURN TO BE ACCEPTED. IF GARMENT IS RETURNED DESPITE THESE CONDITIONS YOUR RETURN WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU AND NOT ACCEPTED.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All products marked down with ‘SALE’ have a strict no returns policy unless the item is deemed as faulty. If merchandise is returned despite these conditions your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge and not accepted.
FAULTY RETURNS
We hope you never receive a faulty item and are so sorry to hear you may have, we understand this is really disappointing. So we are able to best assist you, please email your order number, images of the fault and a small description to hello@lokoa.com.au
If something you have ordered has a minor fault, we will assist to organise a replacement or a repair. If your garment is deemed to have a major fault, you will have the option of a replacement, refund or store credit.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE
Please email hello@lokoa.com.au stating your order number and the item/s you wish to return. We will respond with further information regarding your returns process.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once received to our warehouse. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return items and if your return has been approved or rejected. If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, in the case of a refund we will automatically refund to your original method of payment for your order.
